DreamSmart provides tailored coaching sessions to learners while empowering coaches with the tools they need to manage their schedules & client relationships. However, this web app was under construction a few months ago. We at Flynaut partnered with DreamSmart to turn a partially developed project into a scalable coaching ecosystem. Now, it’s delivering smooth and engaging experiences for both coaches and their students!
Requirements
The client approached Flynaut with a partially developed project, seeking a complete system to enable and streamline coaching sessions. The requirements included:
- Development of a web application to connect coaches with coachees.

Requirements
We at Flynaut analyzed the existing DreamSmart framework thoroughly. We worked closely with their in-house team to establish a clear roadmap aligning with their vision. The major phases of this project were these:

- Session Management Tool: We developed features like calendar syncing & automated reminders. Real-time notifications and progress tracking also made this web portal more usable.

The Challenge
DreamSmart still had an incomplete system when they approached Flynaut. They wanted to do a comprehensive overhaul and tasked us with completing their vision. The challenge they had for us included:
