Project-based work is fixed-price. You know the cost before we start. If we estimated wrong, that is our problem, not yours.
No lock-in on teams.
Dedicated team engagements have a 3-month minimum, then month-to-month. Scale up or down with 30 days notice.
No hidden fees.
Infrastructure, deployment, project management, and QA are included, not billed separately. The price you see is the price you pay.
Discovery before commitment.
Every engagement starts with a Discovery Sprint or assessment. You pay a fixed fee for scoping. If you decide not to proceed, you keep all deliverables from Discovery.
